I am a private pay clinician and do not currently accept insurance directly. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and I can provide a superbill upon request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Working outside of insurance allows therapy to be tailored to your individual needs and goals, without requiring a mental health diagnosis or predetermined session limits.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all method, I draw from a few evidence-based frameworks depending on what is most helpful for you.
CBT, DBT, and ACT: For support with anxiety, stress, emotional regulation, and building practical coping skills for everyday life.
Relational, attachment-based, and emotion-focused work: To explore deeper emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, and long-standing ways of coping that may be showing up in your life now.

You can reach out through the contact form or email to schedule a free 20-minute video or phone consultation. During that call, we’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, I can answer questions, and you can get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
If you prefer to skip the consultation, you’re also welcome to schedule your first session directly. I’ll send any necessary intake paperwork and details beforehand so you’re set up for your first appointment.
