Online Therapy in Maine

I provide telehealth therapy for Maine residents who are dealing with anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship strain, and the emotional weight that can build when life feels like it is constantly “on.”

What brings people to online therapy

Many of the people I work with are managing day-to-day stress that has started to feel harder to recover from. It often looks like:

  • Anxiety that feels constant or difficult to quiet

  • Burnout or emotional exhaustion from work or caregiving

  • Overthinking, rumination, or a persistently active mind

  • Irritability or feeling more reactive than usual

  • Withdrawing from others or feeling emotionally shut down

  • Relationship strain or difficulty communicating needs

  • Feeling like you are holding everything together but struggling internally

Sometimes there is a clear trigger like grief, a big life transition, or a difficult relationship. Other times it is less clear and more of a slow buildup that eventually reaches a point where something has to shift.

How online therapy works:

  • Sessions are conducted virtually through secure video, which allows you to access therapy from wherever you are in Maine.

  • You do not need to travel or sit in an office setting. Many people find that being in their own space makes it easier to talk openly and consistently engage in therapy.

We will focus on:

  • Understanding what is contributing to the stress and anxiety

  • Identifying patterns that keep you feeling stuck or overwhelmed

  • Developing practical ways to feel more grounded day to day

  • Improving emotional regulation and responses to stress

  • Creating space for your needs without guilt or overextension

Who I work with:

I work with adults located in Maine who are experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, and relational challenges. Many of the people I see are capable but worn down from dealing with it all.

I also provide telehealth therapy for adults located in Virginia, Florida, and South Carolina, which can be helpful for individuals who travel or split time between states.
